5.Check In Policy & Time
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is [3:00pm], and check-out time is [11:00am]. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7.Payment Terms
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before check-out.
8.Credit Card Terms (if any)
Reservation Guarantee

• A valid credit card is required to confirm and guarantee your booking.
• LuxeGlamp reserves the right to pre-authorize the card prior to arrival to ensure validity and available funds.
  Payment Policy
• Full payment may be charged at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on your selected rate plan.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g., minibar, special services) will be charged to the same card unless otherwise specified.
  Cancellation and No-Show Policy
• Cancellations made within the free cancellation period (as per your booking terms) will not be charged.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or as outlined in your booking confirmation.
  Cardholder Authorization
• By submitting your credit card details, you authorize LuxeGlamp to charge the card for the agreed-upon amount, including any cancellation fees, incidentals, or damages.
  Security of Payment
• All credit card transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
• We do not store your full card details on our servers to ensure your financial information is protected.

1. Room Description
   Experience ultimate comfort and privacy in our signature glass dome, featuring panoramic 360° views, exclusive Balinese-inspired interiors, a private sauna, and a luxurious bathtub. Enjoy a personal mini bar, temperature-controlled infinity plunge pool with a transparent front, and all the modern amenities for a romantic and unforgettable escape.
2. Cancelation Policy
   No cancellation, amendment, or postponement charges will be applicable if the resort is informed at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.

100% of the booking amount will be charged for any cancellation, amendment, or postponement requested less than 7 days before the check-in date.

Any eligible refund due to a valid cancellation will be processed within 15 working days. A 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
