Cancellation Policy

1. No cancellation, amendment, or postponement charges will be applicable if the resort is informed at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.

100% of the booking amount will be charged for any cancellation, amendment, or postponement requested less than 7 days before the check-in date.

Any eligible refund due to a valid cancellation will be processed within 15 working days. A 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
